Procedures


Meetings are arranged in order to provide leads that create the maximum opportunity of achieving the sign up of new clients.

Follow up calls are undertaken free of charge to assist in that process.

Detailed notes are provided and whenever possible include company history, website or nature of business, turnover, employees, status of accounts and of course date and time of appointment.

The notes are then emailed.

A weekly or monthly progress report can be provided if necessary (see below).

Minimum commitment is 4 appointments per month.

Follow-Up Calls
Follow-up calls are undertaken in order to gain feed-back from the prospect, which will be fed back to our client, and second meetings arranged if appropriate.

Data Base
A data base can be acquired identifying the target area by post code with the size (by turnover) and nature of business. The data base will need to be edited to remove all existing clients.

Diary Availability
Up to date diary availability is essential as is flexibility in terms of days available to attend meetings

Confirmation letter and email
The client is required to send a brief confirmation letter or email to the prospect when an appointment has been arranged.
